The research developed the concept of using an integrated diagnostic system for large rotary equipment: turbines, compressors, ore grinding systems. The high level of informativeness of the obtained data has been confirmed for their further use in the control of a single unit, a line of units within a separate enterprise, a set of units for industry information solutions in the framework of digitalization projects and the creation of digital twins of equipment. Modern approaches were used in equipment diagnostics, mathematical and digital signal processing, including the use of artificial intelligence. The low cost of implementing a possible solution and the high economic potential of industrial application were shown.
